Job Title: Commercial Tyre Technician
Location: Coleshill
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: £33,637 per annum + overtime + bonus (OTE £45,000–£55,000, uncapped)
Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Saturday (compulsory): 08:00 – 12:30

Hunters 4 Staff are delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting experienced Commercial Tyre Technicians to join their team in Coleshill. Our client is one of the UK’s oldest independent tyre retailers with a proud history in retail, motorsport, truck, cycle operations, and wholesale distribution.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing mobile truck tyre fitting services, including roadside callouts
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Accurately completing paperwork and tyre fitment records
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial tyre fitting, including roadside work
• NTDA REACT trained
• Clean driving licence
• Physically fit and capable of manual tyre handling
• Able to work independently and confidently
• Flexible to work overtime and attend callouts as required
• Strong communication and organisational skills
