Are you an experienced team leader or manager from a manufacturing or installation background, looking for a senior level position within a large manufacturing company?

The role would suit a leader with a strong technical customer service and/or projects background.

The role is for a large manufacturing company, focused on leading a team of 6 within post order customer service and installation projects. Its a varied role combining 50% hands on work with 50% managerial tasks.

The company are highly regarded for their professionalism and the role offers further progression.

The Role

1. Full time, permanent office based role for a large manufacturing company.
2. Responsible for the customer service and project team (team of 6)
3. Oversee the successful delivery of customer orders, focused on excellent customer service and successful project delivery.
4. Hands on tasks dealing with escalated issues and with a high amount of customer liaison (mainly on teams but occasionally in the office)

The Person

1. Working background in manufacturing or construction/installation
2. Experience of leading a small team
3. Experience in a senior customer services and/or project based position
4. Strong IT literacy and UK driving licence
