As they continue to innovate and deliver complex projects across the UK, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Surveyor to join their established Commercial team.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a project-focused environment and wants to play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and in line with contractual obligations.The RoleAs a Commercial Surveyor, you will provide essential commercial and financial support across multiple business units. Working closely with Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers, you''ll take ownership of valuations, variations, payments, contract administration and final account agreements.You''ll be part of a dedicated Commercial department with responsibility spanning Commercial Management, Bid Management and Procurement across the UK business.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and measure changes during contract progress.Maximise valuations and ensure all variations are captured.Review contract terms, specifications and scopes.Prepare breakdowns and schedules of rates.Liaise closely with Project/Site Management teams.Help monitor costs against budget and produce forecast final accounts.Measure and agree variation ..... full job details .....
