Commercial Surveyor Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas Sector: Aluminium and PVC-u Windows, Doors and Building Products The Opportunity We are working with a well-established specialist in the design, surveying, supply, manufacture and installation of high-quality aluminium and PVC-u window and door systems. With an extensive portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, including high-rise developments, they deliver durable, energy-efficient solutions tailored to the needs of their clients. They are now looking to recruit a Commercial Surveyor to support their growing workload across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, with a particular focus on local authority and social housing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual with experience in construction, glazing, fenestration or building products to join a business delivering high-quality solutions across a varied portfolio of projects. The Role As Commercial Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects. Working closely with internal teams, clients, contractors and other stakeholders, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out site surveys and assessing project requirements for window and door installations. Preparing accurate measurements, quotations, costings and commercial documentation. Monitoring project progress and identifying potential commercial risks.
