As Commercial Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide day-to-day support on orders, stock checks, and milestone tracking
- Liaise across departments (Design, Quality, Production, Product Support) to resolve delivery issues
- Conduct KPI reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
- Manage offsite recharge data, budgets, cost analysis, and reporting
- Maintain accurate data entry, verify information, and prepare reports
- Support estimators and project teams with accurate costs and budget updates
- Handle customer interactions, feedback, and records
- Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Support other teams with administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality
As Commercial Support Coordinator, your experience will include:
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems and working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, conflicting priorities, and work independently
- Good communication skills with strong attention to detail
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
