The practice undertakes a very wide range of high-quality commercial contract, advisory, IT and digital business-related work. All members of the team advise on technology and commercial contracts including competition, consumer law, data protection, and franchising matters.The firm is active in all sectors, including a particular focus on insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising and technology. You can expect to get involved in a huge range of work, with a fantastic client list which includes in-house legal teams, well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates as well as owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs.The team (and the wider firm) has a significant focus on international work and much of what they do has a cross border dimension.About You

We are looking for strong team players with good inter-personal skills, good academics and high-quality experience and individuals who have a commercial approach and excellent technical, communication and negotiation skills.The range of the work undertaken means we can accommodate a variety of experiences and aspirations: you might be a commercial lawyer or IT lawyer looking to continue this type of work, or a specialist competition or regulatory lawyer looking to broaden your practice to a wider variety of sectors or work types.Apply Now
