Commercial Solicitor Salary: Competitive (DOE) Job Type: Full-time A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join a growing legal team and take responsibility for a varied and high-quality caseload. The Role You will advise clients on a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on: Business sales and acquisitions Commercial contracts General corporate work Property aspects of commercial transactions (advantageous) You''ll manage transactions from instruction through to completion, draft and negotiate key documentation, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
