Description The Commercial Solicitor will be: Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts relating to clean energy projects and businesses. Supporting clients across areas such as renewable energy, battery storage, solar, wind, hydrogen and other emerging technologies. Working on sophisticated contractual arrangements including route-to-market agreements, power purchase agreements, energy supply contracts and optimisation arrangements. Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas on complex clean energy matters. Developing strong relationships with clients operating across the energy and sustainability sectors. Profile The Commercial Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with around 5+ years'' PQE.
