COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, LEEDS, Develop Your Commercial Career Advising Leading Healthcare Clients An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing team in Leeds, advising a broad range of clients operating within the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer looking to work on a varied caseload, develop strong client relationships and gain exposure to interesting and complex commercial matters within a specialist sector. The Role You will advise a range of healthcare clients on a broad variety of commercial matters, including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contractsAdvising on contractual arrangements and commercial agreementsSupporting clients with procurement and regulatory mattersAdvising on a range of commercial and operational issuesWorking closely with clients to provide practical and commercially focused adviceDeveloping strong and lasting client relationshipsSupporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own work and gain significant client exposure, whilst working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
