This isn''t one of them.

We''re recruiting for a growing business delivering large-scale renewable energy projects across the UK, and they''re looking for a commercially minded Site Supervisor who wants more than just another site.

You''ll be trusted to take ownership of projects, coordinate specialist subcontractors, work closely with Project Managers and play a key role in delivering complex commercial ground source heat pump installations.

Don''t have direct heat pump experience?

That''s not a deal breaker.

If you''ve supervised commercial construction, M&E, civils, utilities, mechanical services or renewable energy projects, we''d like to speak with you.

What you''ll be doing

• Leading day-to-day site activities across commercial projects.
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials, plant and deliveries.
• Driving high standards of quality, health & safety and programme delivery.
• Reading drawings, solving problems and keeping projects moving.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.
• Supporting projects from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

What we''re looking for

• Site Supervisor or similar experience within commercial construction or engineering.
• CSCS Card.
• Able to read drawings and technical information.
• Strong understanding of health & safety.
• Happy travelling nationwide and staying away when projects require it.
• SSSTS is desirable but not essential.
