Commercial Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Commercial Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Commercial Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Ashford area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
 
Benefits:

- Basic Salary up to £30,000
- OTE £37,400
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:00 – 13:00pm

Requirements:

- A working experience within a Service Advisor role
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

Duties of role:

- To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
- Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
- Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
- Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles.  Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
- Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
- Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30000 with OTE of circa £37400.
