Commercial Sales Executive Role Purpose The Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing business-to-business (B2B) relationships to drive new and used commercial vehicle sales. The role focuses on prospecting, account management, finance solutions, and delivering tailored vehicle and fleet proposals to meet customer business needs while achieving volume, margin, and customer satisfaction targets. Key Duties and Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B customers and fleet opportunities Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business customers Promote new and used commercial vehicles, conversions, and ancillary products Conduct on-site customer visits and vehicle demonstrations Account Management Build long-term relationships with local businesses, fleet operators, and key accounts Understand customer operational needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions Maintain regular contact and follow-up to maximise retention and repeat business Finance and Product Sales Present and arrange finance, leasing, and funding options in line with FCA regulations Maximise penetration of finance, maintenance, and additional products Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty and sales process standards Pipeline and CRM Management Accurately manage leads, opportunities, and customer data within the CRM system Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy Follow up enquiries promptly ..... full job details .....
