Role: Commercial Sales ExecutiveLocation: BedfordHours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am 5pm, fully office basedSalary: £30,000 to £50,000 per annum + uncapped commission structureOA are currently working with one of the Top 100 Independent Brokers in the UK and currently looking to recruit for driven, experienced Sales Executives to join the team and build a career within the Insurance industry, alongside a fully funded Cert CII qualification. Duties of a Commercial Sales Executive: Working on warm sales leads generated by the telemarking team.Selling Market leading insurance products to prospect clientsUp to 80-100 outbound calls a dayPresentations required for quotes What we would like from you: Proven sales background, with an outbound focusCurrently in a role making 80+ outbound sales calls per dayStrong attention to detail, self-motivated, proactive and able to manage time effectivelyConsistently hitting / exceeding targetsRequired to take Cert CII (3 exams) fully funded by us and expected to complete and pass all Cert CII exams within 5-6 months Benefits: 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, with additional time off over Christmas and New YearHoliday allowance increases to 25 days after 5 years servicePrivate Medical Insurance through Vitality after 2 years serviceCritical Illness and Death in Service cover after 5 years serviceFully funded Cert CII qualificationModern offices with excellent facilitiesFree onsite parkingRegular company business and social ..... full job details .....
