The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a world-class event that attracts government, military and industry stakeholders from across the globe.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targetsDrive exhibitor and sponsorship acquisition across defence, aerospace, security, and related sectorsBuild and manage strong relationships with defence contractors, government officials, international delegations, and trade associationsLead and mentor a small but high-performing sales team, monitoring performance and KPIsCollaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and deliveryOversee international agents and country pavilions to maximise participationMonitor global defence market trends, identifying new opportunities for growthAbout You7-10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within large-scale international exhibitions (experience in defence, aerospace or security strongly preferred)Proven ..... full job details .....
