Commercial Roofer

PSR are looking for reliable and hardworking Commercial Roofing Operatives to join our clients growing team in the Bristol & South West region. The role involves working on a variety of commercial roofing projects including installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems across commercial and industrial properties.

This is a great opportunity for someone with roofing experience who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to develop their career within a professional and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain a range of commercial roofing systems (flat roofing, single-ply, felt, liquid systems, etc.)
• Work safely at height while following all health and safety regulations
• Carry out roof inspections and identify repair requirements
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and keeping sites tidy
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and site managers

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial roofing (preferred)
• Knowledge of flat roofing systems (preferred)
• Valid CSCS card
• Ability to work at height and in various weather conditions
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good teamwork and communication skills
