Reporting to the Head of Legal Operations, you will take ownership of contract management, procurement, compliance and commercial support, ensuring contractual obligations and business risks are effectively managed.This role would suit a candidate with strong commercial law experience, ideally gained within an in-house legal team or commercial legal environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full contract lifecycle from review and negotiation through to execution, renewal and termination.Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, collaboration agreements and amendments.Provide practical legal and commercial advice to internal stakeholders across sales, operations, finance and compliance teams.Support client onboarding, procurement activities and supplier due diligence processes.Monitor contractual obligations, identify risks and escalate issues where required...</description>
