It is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitorwith 5 years PQE + to join a dynamic team handling a broad range of property matters. Key Responsibilities Advise on commercial leases, including grant, renewal, assignment, underletting and alterationsLead acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial propertyManage property portfolio matters and oversee options, conditional contracts, pre-emption and promotion agreementsSupport corporate transactions involving property, including share and asset salesAdvise on secured lending, site development and disposal of completed unitsBuild and manage your own caseload while providing guidance and support to junior colleagues Skills and Experience 5+ years PQE in commercial real estate lawStrong experience in advising landlords, tenants, developers and investorsExcellent drafting, negotiation and commercial problem-solving skillsProactive, commercially minded, with the ability to maintain and develop client relationships Why Join?
