Finance Broker- Commercial Real Estate Location: London / Hybrid Salary: Up to £80k Basic + Uncapped Commission (Negotiable - right candidate is more important) We''re looking for an experienced Debt Advisory Specialist to join a highly experienced and industry leading team of debt financing professionals. You will be focused on structuring and arranging debt solutions across commercial real estate - including senior debt, mezzanine, and structured finance across office, logistics, residential and mixed-use assets. You''ll work closely with borrowers, lenders and investors to originate, structure and execute financing solutions, managing deals from initial assessment through to completion. This is a genuine opportunity to build on an established platform, with real deal flow and direct exposure to lender and investor relationships from day one. Responsibilities: Originating and structuring debt finance solutions for commercial real estate clients, across senior, mezzanine and structured finance Assessing deal viability - including credit risk, security appraisal, and debt serviceability - to structure proposals that align with lender appetite and client objectives Building and maintaining relationships with banks, debt funds, insurers and other lending institutions across the market Managing a live pipeline of concurrent transactions, coordinating with lenders, solicitors, valuers and clients to keep deals progressing to completion Structuring and presenting financing ..... full job details .....
