The Role You will be responsible for: Undertaking commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending, acquisition, disposal, taxation and advisory work.Inspecting and assessing a broad range of property types including offices, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets.Producing accurate, professional valuation reports in line with RICS standards.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, developers and property investors.Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the professional services team.Supporting wider commercial agency and consultancy activities where appropriate.
