Commercial Property Management SurveyorLocation - SurreySalary - Up to 60kA specialist commercial property management firm is seeking a Commercial Property Management Surveyor to manage a varied portfolio across the UK.The role offers responsibility for high-value assets and close collaboration with facilities management, accountancy and support teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of commercial assets in line with management agreementsBuild and maintain client relationships as the key point of contactCollaborate with internal teams including FM, accounts and contractorsInterpret lease structures and ensure tenant compliancePrepare and manage service charge budgets and RICS-compliant reconciliationsReport to senior management and clientsCarry out inspections and oversee contractor performance across the UKLiaise with agents, solicitors and external consultantsOversee financial performance and reportingSupport leadership with new building appraisals and business pitchesThe CandidateA proactive, confident communicator with strong commercial property experience and the ability to manage instructions independently.
