A leading commercial property consultancy is looking for an MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join their Central London Landlord & Tenant / Transaction Management team.

The role:

• Advising landlord and occupier clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and lease advisory matters
• Running transactions end to end: acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations
• Managing client relationships and building your own instruction pipeline
• Working across a mixed commercial portfolio (office-led, some retail/industrial)

What we''re looking for:

• MRICS qualified (or very close to sitting APC)
• 2+ years PQE in landlord & tenant, transaction management or asset management
• Central London market experience preferred
• Strong client relationship skills, comfortable running instructions independently
