Commercial Property Solicitor South Wales 2+ PQE Hybrid Yolk Legal is working with an established and growing South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years'' PQE. This is an opportunity for a solicitor who wants more than just a transactional role. You''ll join a developing commercial property team, work with a varied client base and have the opportunity to build relationships, take ownership of matters and develop your career. The Role You''ll handle a broad range of commercial property work for a varied client base, including businesses, developers, investors, landlords, tenants and corporate clients. Your caseload will include: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Freehold and leasehold transactions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases Landlord and tenant matters Assignments, underlettings, renewals, licences and variations Property development and investment work Property finance and security matters Easements, covenants, overage and associated title work You''ll also have the opportunity to develop direct client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department. About You We''re looking for a qualified solicitor with 2+ years'' PQE in commercial property who is confident handling a varied caseload.
