ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you an experience Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new role? This company is a highly respected Legal Practice based in Market Harborough, and they are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their Commercial Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a broad range of clients, providing legal advice on commercial property transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects. Advising clients on property investment, landlord and tenant issues, and property finance. Conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, and managing the transaction process from start to finish. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing high-quality service to meet their needs. Working closely with other departments within the firm to provide a seamless, full -service offering to clients. Staying up to date with changes in property law and regulation, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly.
