The successful candidate will manage a broad range of commercial property matters and work closely with clients to deliver practical and commercially focused legal advice.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on a range of commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for landlords and/or tenants) Handling development matters and associated property work Managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other third parties Reviewing and reporting on title and conducting due diligence Preparing and advising on legal documentation and transaction structures Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements RequirementsQualified Solicitor in England and Wales Proven experience in commercial property law Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, leases, and development work Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness ..... full job details .....
