This role offers the chance to handle high-quality work across a broad range of commercial property matters, with excellent scope for progression and hybrid working options available.The Role
You will manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions, including:Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold propertyDrafting and negotiating leases, licences, and related documentsLandlord and tenant mattersDevelopment work and portfolio managementSupporting corporate colleagues on property aspects of business transactionsYou will have the chance to work with a varied client base, including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses.About You
Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law2+ years PQE (though applications from all levels will be considered)Strong technical knowledge and attention to detailExcellent client care skills and the ability to develop strong relationshipsCommercial awareness and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat’s on Offer
