With a supportive, people-first culture and a commitment to work/life balance, this is an environment where you can grow and thrive.The Team: You''ll join the Commercial Property Division, working alongside a team of Partners and fee earners across multiple offices in Kidderminster, Worcester, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, and Telford.Key Responsibilities:Act on development matters, including site acquisitions and set-upHandle sales, purchases, and leases of commercial properties, including non-contentious landlord and tenant workDraft and negotiate leases, licences, and agreements for leaseAdvise landlords and tenants on rights and obligationsDeal with property finance and development transactionsConduct due diligence, including title investigations and reportsManage your own caseload (up to 100 matters) with support from the teamRequirements:Solicitor qualified in England and Wales with 2-5 years PQE in commercial propertySolid experience in acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leasesStrong drafting skills and commercial awarenessExcellent client care and communication skillsAbility to manage a busy, varied caseloadTeam player with proactive, flexible approachSalary and Benefits:Competitive salary25 days'' ..... full job details .....
