Commercial Property Solicitor

Overview

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 law firm who are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Leeds.Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, agreements for lease, and licences.Conduct due diligence including reviewing title documents, searches, and planning consents.Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and break clauses.Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, development land, and investment properties.Liaise with clients, developers, local authorities, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders.Register transactions with HM Land Registry and ensure compliance with SDLT requirements.Manage risk and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory obligations.Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice tailored to client needs.The successful candidate
