Commercial Property Lawyer (NQ - 5 Years PQE) Marlow, Buckinghamshire £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits Hybrid Working Available A highly regarded and growing law firm in Marlow is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer (NQ - 5 Years PQE) to join its successful property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to a Commercial Property Lawyer with up to 5 years'' PQE seeking exposure to high-quality work, direct client contact, and a clear pathway for career progression. You will work closely with experienced property professionals and advise a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant matters Lease negotiations, renewals and assignments Development and investment transactions Property finance and refinancing matters Portfolio management work Title investigations and due diligence Drafting and negotiating legal documentation Building and maintaining strong client relationships About You Applications are welcomed from NQ Solicitors and Commercial Property Lawyers with up to 5 years'' PQE.
