We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a broad range of matters in a supportive high-street environment that combines the culture of a friendly regional practice with quality commercial work. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant work, and development-related transactions. Provide expert legal advice and services to a loyal client base, enhancing client relationships and expanding business opportunities. Work autonomously, with the opportunity to influence departmental processes and client growth directly. Engage with local businesses and clients, building strong professional relationships and establishing yourself as a recognised adviser in the Surrey legal market. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law. Proven experience in managing a broad range of commercial property transactions. Excellent legal and commercial acumen, with the ability to provide high-quality advice and client service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
