This role offers the chance to work with a diverse and prestigious client base, including international manufacturers, blue-chip companies, and large housing associations, providing a rich variety of work that truly stands out in the field.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Handle your own matters with an emphasis on commercial property, managing your files and making effective use of the case management system.Show a sound understanding and technical knowledge of property law and its principles.Maintain and improve client relations, manage client expectations, and effectively handle any complaints in line with company policy.Communicate effectively with clients and participate in marketing and networking events to support the wider team and promote the business.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least 2 years'' relevant post-qualification experience in commercial property at a specialist or full-service law firm.Strong technical skills and knowledge in real estate acquisitions, disposals, and commercial landlord and tenant work.Competence in using a case management system and fully IT literate.Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and targets.Enthusiasm for ..... full job details .....
