They are seeking a skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to enhance our property team. This role offers significant autonomy and direct client interaction, making it ideal for a dynamic professional eager to make a substantial impact.Day-to-day of the role:Handle the sale and purchase of commercial properties.Manage leases, renewals, searches, and enquiries.Prepare detailed reports on property transactions.Conduct exchanges and completions efficiently.Work closely with a property assistant who will support with administrative tasks such as file opening, preparing client care letters, and client liaison.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property work.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a significant workload.Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members at all levels.Strong organisational and IT skills.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Pension scheme.Medical insurance.Opportunities for career progression and ..... full job details .....
