Commercial Property Solicitor (2-5+ Years PQE) Annual Salary: Circa £55-75,000 (DOE) Location: South West London Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Join a well-established and growing law firm in South West London as a Commercial Property Solicitor. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2-5+ years'' PQE who has experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters. The successful candidate will manage transactions from instruction through to completion, working with a diverse client base including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing transactions. Advise landlords and tenants on commercial lease negotiations, renewals, and assignments. Assist with development projects and site acquisitions. Conduct due diligence and prepare reports on title. Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, and ancillary property documentation. Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers throughout transactions. Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with 2-5+ years'' PQE in Commercial Property. Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. Excellent communication and client care skills.
