Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, assignments and renewals. Acting for landlords, tenants, developers and investors. Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation. Conducting due diligence and reporting on title. Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients. Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. About You Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. Experience handling commercial property matters independently. Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
