This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior commercial property lawyer seeking a confidential move into a Head of Department / Partnership position with a modern, growing firm.

The Opportunity

Lead the Commercial Property team, with scope to shape and grow the department.

Handle a broad range of high-value matters including:

Land development projects

Landlord and tenant transactions

Lease renewals

Purchases and sales of businesses and investment properties

Real estate finance and general commercial conveyancing

Work alongside a collegiate partnership team within a firm known for innovation and progressive working practices.

About You

At least 10 years’ PQE in commercial property.

Strong track record in client development and relationship management.

Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Commercially astute with excellent technical ability and client care skills.
