The work will include:Commercial landlord and tenant workInvestment and asset managementGeneral commercial property developmentActing for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending mattersProviding property support on corporate transactionsThe team is structured to allow individuals to gain experience across all areas of real estate while working closely with senior lawyers, partners, and legal directors.The CandidateThe firm is looking for a recently qualified solicitor or trainee about to qualify, with up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate but would also consider applicants with a residential property background. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Solid grounding in property law, gained through training or post-qualification experienceStrong analytical skills with the ability to deliver practical, tailored adviceA commercial mindset and enthusiasm for client developmentA genuine interest in real estate and an aptitude for building lasting relationshipsWillingness to embrace technology and innovative working practicesThe Firm and CultureThe firm is known for its
