Commercial Property Solicitor | Southend-on-Sea | Full-Time | Office-Based preferred, but hybrid working is available up to 2 days a week

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy Commercial Property Department based at our Head Office in Southend-on-Sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented solicitor to become part of a collaborative and professional team, handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

A market-leading salary is available for the right candidate, dependent on experience.

The successful applicant will have experience across a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:

• Commercial conveyancing
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Financing and development agreements
