Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, transfers, and other property-related legal documents.Advise clients on all aspects of residential and/or commercial property law.Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties, ensuring excellent client service throughout.Ensure files are managed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.Play an active role in business development and maintaining long-term client relationships.Support junior team members and contribute to the wider success of the department.
