The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you''ll advise clients across a varied caseload of commercial property matters, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals and development work. Advising commercial clients on property-related matters and providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice. Managing your own caseload effectively, ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard. Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, agreements and other property documentation.
