It is likely that the successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 1 year PQE in commercial property work. This firm enjoys a fantastic reputation for commercial property work in the Cambridgeshire area .The team deals with a wide range of matters including with acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant work including leases and licences, and property finance transactions.
