This is a great opportunity for a Solicitor who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to be part of a supportive team, handling a varied caseload of interesting commercial property work. You will work with a broad range of clients including local businesses, developers and investors, with the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters and build strong client relationships. What you''ll be working on: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Landlord and tenant matters Lease negotiations and renewals Property development work Secured lending transactions Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients What they''re looking for: 2 to 5 years PQE in Commercial Property, or equivalent experience Good technical knowledge across a range of commercial property matters Comfortable managing your own files and working with a degree of autonomy Strong communication and client care skills A positive and approachable attitude What''s on offer?
