Commercial Property Solicitor Location: SheffieldSalary: Competitive salary + benefits Job Type: Full time, Permanent PQE: Around 5 years A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established Sheffield team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 5 years'' PQE to join a highly regarded, multi accredited firm and work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters. You will advise a broad range of clients on a variety of commercial property transactions, with responsibility for managing your own caseload and delivering a high standard of client service. Key Responsibilities Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters Advise on commercial property sales and purchases Deal with commercial lettings and landlord and tenant matters Advise on property finance transactions Handle residential conveyancing matters where required Manage transactions from instruction through to completion Liaise with clients and other parties throughout the transaction Requirements Around 5 years'' PQE in Commercial Property Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law Experience handling a varied commercial property caseload Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and client care skills Commercial approach and strong attention to detail The Package Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to join a Legal 500 and ..... full job details .....
