The Role Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development workAdvising on landlord and tenant matters, title issues and drafting high-quality transactional documentationSupporting the corporate team on the property aspects of business and transactional workDelivering a consistently high standard of technical expertise and client care About You A minimum of 4 years'' PQE in commercial property within private practiceStrong technical ability with excellent drafting skillsCommercially astute, pragmatic and solutions-driven in your approachA proactive and resilient team player who works well collaborativelyExperience in Residential Conveyancing is desirable What''s on Offer?
