The commercial property team advises businesses of all sizes on a wide range of commercial property law matters. THE ROLE:As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be expected to: • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, taking ownership of files from initial instruction through to completion and delivering a high-quality, commercially focused service. • Dealing with a broad range of commercial property transactions, you will be advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters and property development matters. • Manage the financial aspects of your caseload, including WIP, billing and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and commercially. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting meetings both face-to-face and remotely and developing a clear understanding of clients'' objectives. • Provide practical and ..... full job details .....
