Commercial Property Solicitor West Midlands Hybrid Working 2-3+ PQE Job Ref: An established regional firm in the West Midlands is seeking a driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join and help grow its property offering.The Role:• Managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and general portfolio management• Working alongside an experienced Consultant on existing matters where required• Playing a central role in growing the commercial property department• Actively engaging in business development, networking and marketing initiatives• Building and maintaining strong client relationships• Contributing to the long-term strategic growth of the teamThe Candidate:• Qualified Solicitor with 2-3+ years'' PQE in Commercial Property• Confident managing files independently• Commercially minded with an interest in business development• Keen to network and develop referrer relationships• Ambitious and motivated to help grow a department• Strong communication and client relationship skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a role where they can genuinely shape and grow a department, with clear scope for progression.
