• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• You will manage a varied commercial property caseload with a broad client base including businesses, investors, developers and commercial enterprises.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, buy-to-let transactions and development and refinancing matters
