Commercial Property Solicitor, 1-5 Years PQE, Cambridgeshire, £Competitive (DOE) – Are you an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge within a forward-thinking and highly respected Legal 500 firm£ This could be the opportunity for you! JOB REF: 0843.

THE ROLE:
• You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, working both independently and collaboratively
• Your caseload will include commercial leases/occupiers, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, grant of easements and property finance
• Acting for landowners in sales to developers, including planning and construction considerations
• Property finance, including drafting and advising on debentures and charges

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1-5 Years PQE gained from a highly regarded Legal 500 practice
• An understanding of commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development matters
• A confident, professional and approachable manner
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded
