Commercial Property Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Exeter, £Competitive (DOE) – Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career£ We are seeking a driven and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join an Investment and Development Practice within the Real Estate group. JOB REF: 1059

THE ROLE:
• This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, complex deals involving commercial land across sectors such as retail, industrial, telecoms and offices.
• You will advise on acquisitions and disposals, development, regeneration, and joint venture projects.
• Work on real estate finance transactions, preparing CLLS certificates of title, and managing conditions precedent.
• Handle sales, acquisitions, and asset management work
• Contributing to the firm’s marketing initiatives, client engagement, and training sessions.

SKILLS RFEQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 Years PQE
• Excellent technical skills and the confidence to manage and progress matters independently.
• A strong client focus with a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
• Commercial awareness and credibility, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Drive, enthusiasm, and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
