This full-time post suits a qualified solicitor or legal executive at NQ level or above, offering £40,000 to £60,000 dependent on experience. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering landlord and tenant issues, development projects, acquisitions, disposals and lease agreements, acting for a diverse client base. THE ROLE:
• As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will be undertaking high-quality, varied and complex work on behalf of a varied client base.
• You will be advising on landlord and tenant matters, development work as well as acquisitions and disposals along with leases.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in conducting your own caseload of commercial property matters.
• You will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently together with working effectively within a team.
