About the Role
This permanent, full-time role as a Commercial Property Solicitor is based in the West Midlands, offering a salary between £65,000 and £75,000. The position requires at least two years of post-qualification experience. You will manage a varied caseload covering leasehold and freehold transactions, commercial sales and purchases, leases, and secured lending deals. Independent file handling is expected, alongside close collaboration with colleagues. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a key aspect of the position. The role also involves contributing to business development efforts within a supportive legal environment.

THE ROLE:
• You will handle a broad range of commercial property work and play a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
• You’ll be trusted to manage matters independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include leasehold and freehold transactions, sales and purchases of commercial property, commercial leases and refinancing and secured lending transactions.
• You will also contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen the firm’s profile and client base.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE
• Strong technical expertise across a wide range of commercial property matters
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in business development and networking activities
• A client following would be advantageous
