• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking to secure a new challenge in their career.
• As the appointed Commercial Property Director, you will advise on Commercial Property transactions and provide support to corporate and commercial colleagues in the sale and purchases of businesses operating from commercial premises.
• You will be responsible for assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
• Previous experience of supervising and mentoring more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
